SYLHET, July 6 : The District and Sessions Judge. Sylhet M' A Quddus while pass ing his Judgement In a case under A ntl-tcrrorjsm Law ac quitted all the 14 accused per sons of the case recently.

The prosecution case in brief Is that, the police of Balaganj thana registered a case against the former union parlshad chairman Mahmud All and 13 others on charge of snatching away of ballot box from the ShahJalal Alla Mad rashah Centre under Goala bazar union parlshad on the I st of October of 92 during union partshad election.

The court after examining all the records of the case and witnesses found the accused persons not guilty and acquit ted them all of the charges brought against them.
