The cabinet yesterday approved in principle the recommendations of the Ministry of Agriculture relating to the steps to keep prices of agricultural products stable and Improve the economic condition of the farmers, reports IBS.

The approval was given at the regular weekjy meetteM the cabinet held at Banga-bhaban vrlth Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia in the chair.

The details of the steps to be taken, both on long-term and short-term basis, will be examined by a high-level committee and their recommendations will be pfaced before the cabinet for consideration.
