The leaders of Bangladesh Sangbadpatra Parishad (BSP) yesterday called on Information Minister Barrister Nazmul Huda In his Secretariat office here, reports BSS.

The BSP leaders discussed with the minister matters relating to distribution of advertisement of the government, semi-government and autonomous organisations to newspapers.

After thf discussions a de-Cislon ’Was taken th the meet -Ing to amend the existing policy of giving advertisement.

Under the amendment, henceforth one of the two government trust newspapers would be given Insertion of each advertisement .against the earlier decision of giving the same to the two government trust newspapers compulsorily.

The BSP leaders thanked the Information Minister for amending the advertisement policy.

BSP President 'Chowdhury-Mohammad Farooque, Secretary General Prof Majldul Islam, Editor of Janata Sanau-llah Noori and BSP Treasurer Abul Quashem Majumder were present at the meeting.
