President Abdur Rahman Biswas and Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia tn separate messages yesterday greeted Abdou Diouf. President of the Republic of Senegal on the occasion of Its National Day. reports UNB.

Biswas in his message, expressed his firm conviction that the existing friendly and cordial relations between the two brotherly countries would be further strengthened. He wished good health and happiness of Abdou Diouf.

Greeting the President of Senegal, Begum Khaleda Zia said In her message "This year’s National Day is a particularly happy occasion as the brotherly people of Senegal has recently reaffirmed their confidence In your excellency’s able and dynamic leadership.”

She also wished good health and happiness of Abdou Diouf, and for the progress and prosperity of Senegal.
