President Abdur Rahman Biswas has greeted Bulgarian President Dr Zhclyu Zhek-v on the 'occasion of his country's National Day today, reports UNB.

In a message to President _Zhelcv yesterday, he conveyed warm felicitations to him and the people of Bulgaria.

"It is my firm conviction that the friendship and cooperation existing between our two countries will be further strengthened In the years to come", said President Biswas.

In another message, Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia has felicitated Prime Minister Fllip Dimitro of Bulgaria on the occasion of Its National Day.

The people and the government of Bangladesh join me in conveying your excellency and through you to the people and the government of Bulgaria our heartlesj greetings and felicitations on the happy occasion .of your National Day." Begum Zia said in the message.

She hoped that the existing friendly relations between the two countries will be further strengthened in the years to come.
