A five-day Asian sub regional seminar on "Employment policies for the urban informal sector in South Asia" begins in Dhaka today (Sunday), reports UNB.

Labour and Manpower Min ister Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan will Inaugurate the seminar with Secretary Dr Shah Mohammad Farid in the chair.

Jointly organised by Labour and Manpower Ministry and 1L0. the seminar would be at tended by the representatives from Bhutan, India, Myanmar. Maldives. Nepal. Pakistan. Sri Lanka and host country Bangladesh.
