MANILA: President Fidel Ramos on Monday defended his decision to break off talks with Imelda Marcos on transferring money from Switzerland and said ft was up to her to prove good faith, reports AP.On Saturday. Ramos ordered a halt to government negotiations with Mrs. Marcos on transferring 356 million dollars from accounts In Swiss banks.
