Health and Family Welfare Minister Chowdhury Kamal Ibne Yusuf yesterday said greater self-reliance in management and self sufficiency tn financial resources were imperative to improve and ex pand health programmes io meet the demand of a growing population, reports UNB.

He was opening a three-day workshop on "Managerial process for WHO Programme Development and Management and Mobilization of External Resources for National Health Development," tn a local hotel.
