JHEN1DAH. Oct 9 Bangladesh Krtshl Bank (BKB) will disburse Tk 6.99 crore as loan among the farmers tn six upazilas of the district during the current financial year, reports UNB.

The upazilas are Sadar. Shallakupa. Hartnakunda. Kal Iga nJ, Kotchandpur and Mohcshpur.

According to a BKB source, of the total. Tk 1 88 lakh is for crops Tk 1.08 lakh for short term and Tk 4.03 crore for medium and long term loans. Disbursement is being made through Its 14 branches About 20 per cent of the loan has already been disbursed in the district.

Tk 50 crore of previous loans remains outstanding, the source added
