Seles had until Monday to present a doctor's note Justifying her late withdrawal from the Yugoslav team in the Federation Cup.

But International Tennis Federation spokesman Ian Barnes said Tuesday the certificate had not yet arrived .

We've heard nothing from her and we've heard nothing from the Yugoslav Federation.'' Barnes said.
