Awaml League chief and Leader of the Opposition tn Parliament Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday expressed deep concern at the closure of Dhaka University for an indefinite period following continued clashes on campus.

Demanding the immediate re -opening of ail closed educational institutions including the Dhaka and Rajshaht Universities, Sheikh Hasina in a statement said that the closure of any university or educational Institution cannot solve the problem of terrorism.

She held the government responsible for violence tn campuses.

"Acts of terrorism are not confined only tn the campuses, but has spread to other spheres of the society and the country to facing an acute social unrest." she said.
