The 15th national basketball championship scheduled tp begin from May 10 has been postponed due to the adverse in situation prevailing in the country after the recent cy clonic storm in the coastal belt according to a press release issued yesterday by the secretary tournament committee, Imtiaz Khan Babul of Bangladesh Basketball Federation.

The fresh date for the competition will be announced later on.

Imtiaz Khan condoled on behalf of the federation, the loss of thousands of lives lost in the devastating storm and paid respect and prayed for the de parted soul.
